Grace and Mercy Establishment is proud to be the only standalone sexual assault recovery facility in Gastonia, NC.
We exist because sexual assault is a deeply traumatic and often overlooked issue—and survivors deserve a space dedicated solely to their healing. Unlike programs that offer general services, our facility was created with one clear purpose: to provide focused, trauma-informed care that honors the unique needs of survivors.
At our center, we offer a comprehensive range of support services—including individual counseling, peer support groups, and educational resources—all designed to promote healing, empowerment, and long-term well-being. Survivors don’t just find services here—they find safety, dignity, and a path forward.
We welcome volunteers, advocates, and supporters to join us in our mission to raise awareness, eliminate stigma, and advocate for the rights of sexual assault survivors.
